Courses take place in all weathers. If a course cannot take place due to meteorological conditions such as bad weather or danger of avalanches etc. course fees will be refunded. This decision of annulment is up to the management.

Private lessons are transferable.

In case of accident or illness, course fees will be refunded on presentation of a medical certificate.

Redcarpet.ch does not take any responsibility for any personal arrangements between students and instructors.

Please let us know your requests concerning eating habits, prophylactic medications, etc. so that your ski instructor can take the necessary measures.

Any cancellation of bookings must be received by the ski or snowboard instructor or by the Head Office not later than 5.30 pm on the previous day, otherwise the client will be charged according to his booking

We kindly ask you to direct any complaints concerning ski and snowboard lessons to the Ski School management.

Redcarpet.ch refuses all liabilities for accidents that occur during lessons or events organized by redcarpet.ch. Accident and liability insurances lie within the participant's responsibility.
